Michael Hahn generously took Andrea Salazar Morales, Bailey Shakesheff, Matin Honarmand, Julian Taffa, Damian Hinze and Doug Watson from our team, on a tour of the AstraZeneca Australia facility.
The tour was very impressive, showcasing AstraZeneca’s sustainability initiatives working towards their mission to reach carbon net-zero, their incredible water processing and filtration capabilities, their commitment to quality, and their innovative use of automation and robotics to remarkably increase the efficiency of on-site product manufacturing, product packaging, electronic batch-tracking and warehousing.
The team really valued being shown a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most important pharmaceutical companies in Australia, it’s fantastic to see medical manufacturing of this scale happening right here in Sydney.
