Gandus Vseal it VP

Description

Gandus Vseal is the only validated pouch maker with Chevron seals for sterilisable medical pouches from standard reels. This results in enhanced peel ability, safety and correct pouch opening.  Using the Integrated LCD touch screen, dimensions can be customised and set to a specified length and the exact quantity can be fabricated. This is time and material saving as it eliminates the need for buying in large quantities and storing them, and the adjusted pre-set values can be stored and accessed at any time. The system is equipped with a film reel dispenser with automatic reel centring calibrated by the display. Temperature, pressure and speed are all automatically controlled and to comply with safety standards, if a parameter exists a set range, the machine stops running and as visual alarm is shown on the display. Traceability can be achieved on a pen drive through USB port. Consistent output allows Vseal.it VP to produce up to 20 pouches per minute. Accessories upon request: front work table with adjustable pouch tray.
