Medipacker TS
Developed for the medical industry, the Medipacker TS series is compact and durable, and can be used in any clean room down to ISO Class 5.
Description
The Integrated LCD touch screen and high-speed PLC allow for process repeatability, ensuring that results are consistent for each sealing operation.
The key seal parameters of time, pressure, and temperature are all regulated to the tightest tolerances, which result in a high-quality package.
The tool set can be efficiently changed in a process that takes no longer than five minutes.
Safety features such as password locking and LED initiation are integrated. Production data such as batch records can be printed via BlueTooth or PC.
The Medipacker TS is available in three models: TS 3535, TS 5035, and TS 7035. The TS 3535 and TS 5035 are designed for use on a table top or a stand, and are available with a product roll-table which can hold up to five tool plates. The TS 7035 should be installed in a fixed location only that is suitable for its weight.
