The cylinder punch machine Type ZSM 40 efficiently punches out packages or foils using an economical steel rule die.
Description
The ZSM 40 is Sabre’s preferred accompaniment to the Medipacker TS series. When rigid trays are bulk manufactured, they are typically delivered in larger sheets of multiple separate cavities. A sheet of multiple cavities can be sealed in a single operation on a TS series, but still requires the cavities to separated into individual units appropriate for later processing stages. The ZSM 40 simplifies the cavity separation stage, permitting the use of a die-cutter, the design of which is only limited by the passage space.
Only a single operator is required to use this machine, but they can be aided by a second operator for high-volume tasks.
The ZSM 40 can be mounted on any bench suitable for its weight. Sabre also offers a custom-built trolley stand for operational and storage convenience.
